My dear Stylenikians! Yours truly finally has a scoop. O.K. it’s mainly because the items in question were designed and created by my very own cousin Eileen. But still! Eileen hails from Alaska and is named after her mother, my Aunt Eileen, which I always thought was great. Why should men have all the naming fun? And more importantly and to the point at the moment, Eileen has started designing a line of rings! You can see some examples of her handiwork in the photos here. They’re made of stainless steel or sterling silver wire (“whatever I can get my hands on,” she says), and the prettiest beads she can find. “I have an addiction to beads, I love them!” So far Eileen has only given them as gifts, but she’s going to test out their marketability at an upcoming craft show. You will have to go to Alaska to see them in person, but if you have a favorite bead you’d like Eileen to transform into a beautiful ring, let me know and I’ll hook the two of you up! I love them stacked, and they’re just as pretty on their own.
