When I came across this frog today I thought, that frog is pretty enough to be featured on a style website! Don’t you agree? Wired UK reports that no one had seen the colorful Borneo rainbow toad, aka Ansonia latidisca, for 87 years. Then herpetologists at Conservation International set off on a hardcore search and found three of them in the Malaysian Serewak state. The search was instigated by World’s Top 10 Most Wanted Lost Frogs campaign. Only one other, the “critically endangered” Rio Pescado stubfoot toad (Atelopus balios), of Ecuador was also been found. Here’s rooting for the other eight little guys!
